Chapter 2: Purchasing Products

- Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in the event of any fraudulent or inappropriate conduct related to the use of this service, we may cancel the sales contract, terminate it, or take other appropriate measures.
- Minors cannot use this service to purchase products without obtaining prior consent from a qualified legal representative.
第5条【登録情報の変更】
If the purchaser has any changes to their name, address, or any other information provided to us at the time of purchase, they must promptly contact us. Furthermore, even if a change registration has been made, transactions that were already processed before the change registration will be conducted based on the information prior to the change registration.
第6条【支払方法】
- The payment amount for the product will be the total of the selling price of the product displayed on the site, consumption tax, shipping fees, and handling charges.
- Payments for products purchased through this service are limited to the payment methods specified by us.
- In the case of payment by credit card, the purchaser shall comply with the terms of a separate contract with the credit card company. In the event of any dispute arising between the purchaser and the credit card company related to the use of the credit card, it shall be resolved responsibly between the purchaser and the credit card company.
- For the payment methods specified by this service, if the purchaser enters into a separate contract with the payment company that provides the payment method (including but not limited to agreeing to the terms related to the payment method), the purchaser shall comply with the conditions of the separate contract with the payment company. In the event of any disputes arising between the purchaser and the payment company related to the payment method, the purchaser and the payment company shall be responsible for resolving the matter between themselves.

The following actions are prohibited for users or purchasers when using this service.
- Acts that cause inconvenience, disadvantage, or damage to other users, third parties, or ourselves, or acts that may pose such risks.
- Acts that infringe or are likely to infringe the copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, and other intellectual property rights, portrait rights, personal rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, and other rights of third parties or ourselves.
- Acts that violate public order and morals, acts that violate laws and regulations, or acts that may pose a risk of such violations.
- Acts of using the content obtained through this service outside the scope of private use by the user or purchaser.
- The act of reproducing, selling, publishing, distributing, or publicly displaying content obtained through this service via other users or third parties not related to other users, as well as similar acts.
- Acts that interfere with the operation of this service and other services provided by us.
- Acts that reasonably judge to be inappropriate for us, such as damaging or undermining our credibility.

Chapter 5 Disclaimer
第10条【免責事項】
- We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by third parties as a result of violations of these terms by users or purchasers.
- We do not provide any guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, certainty, usefulness, or any other matters related to the content of this service and the information obtained by users or purchasers through this service.
- We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users and purchasers arising from the use of this service, and we shall have no obligation to compensate for such damages in principle. However, if the contract between us and the user or purchaser falls under a consumer contract as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 3 of the Consumer Contract Act (Act No. 61 of 2000), the provisions that completely exempt us from liability under these terms shall not apply. Furthermore, in cases where the contract under these terms qualifies as a consumer contract and we are liable for damages due to default or tort, unless we have acted with intent or gross negligence, our liability for damages shall be limited to the amount paid by the user or purchaser to us under these terms in the one year prior to the occurrence of the damage.
- In the event that the purchaser neglects or refuses to receive the product, is unable to receive the product due to long-term absence, has an unknown delivery address, or is otherwise unable to receive the product for reasons attributable to the purchaser, we will fulfill our obligation to deliver the product by contacting the contact information registered by the purchaser and by bringing or delivering the product to the delivery address specified at the time of purchase, thereby being released from such obligation.
Chapter 6: Miscellaneous Provisions
Article 11 [Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights]
The content provided through this service shall exclusively belong to us or to third parties who have legitimate rights. In the event that a problem arises between the user or purchaser and a third party in violation of the provisions of this article, the user or purchaser shall resolve the issue at their own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any damage, loss, or disadvantage to us.

Article 13 [Consultation and Jurisdiction]
In the event of any matters not stipulated in these terms or if there is any doubt regarding the interpretation of these terms, both parties, the company and the user or purchaser, shall promptly seek to resolve the issue through consultation based on the principle of good faith. For all disputes related to these terms, both parties agree in advance that the court having jurisdiction over the company's location shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
